RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in every PYO purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

To begin a return, contact us at pyoclothing@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at pyoclothing@yahoo.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn or washed
Items damaged after delivery
Gift cards
Final-sale items clearly marked as final sale
Personalized or custom-made items where applicable, except where required by law or where the item arrives defective or incorrect
